My application has been stuck at 35% since Sep 5, it’s been 15 days and I’m going to miss my class next week. Please expedite the process, I’ve already had to cancel a flight and I don’t want to miss more than I already had.

It’s been over a week and my application is still at 35%, I’m already late for orientation and I really don’t want to miss any classes if possible. I really need to get the eval this week. I’m from Indonesia and my passport number is E1509052.
