Hi bro , sorry to bother you , I’m applying at university tun rasaq for bachelor in business entrepreneurship , now my val is 25% and I have not exited malaysia for 4 consecutive years , pls what advise do you have cos I have cancelled my visa before applying and now I don’t have any active pass so I can’t travel out , will my val still be out ?

Hello my friend just got his Val rejected at 40% please may I know the cause of it ? Does it have anything to do with him not traveling out of malaysia for the past 4 years as he plans to finish his studies before going back , because his parents wants the best for him and wants him to have the best of knowledge outside his home country
