You need the original copy of your VAL letter and Offer Letter from your university and your passport and yellow card to go to the embassy to apply for the entry permit

You have to wait until the percentage is upto 100% then your university will courier your VAL and offer letter to you which you will use to apply for the single entry visa and the high commission in your country.

You submit your documents 3 months before and submit your passport 1 month before
