have you tried making a call or emailed them? i did email them they kept saying it’s 7 to 10 working days and we’re on the 10th working day already

same, still 35% since 27 August, i kept on emailing them and they say you have to wait until it reaches to max of 14 working day for them to take action on making a faster process… and it’s already 10 working days too for us
