You’ll need to get an eligiy letter from the ministry of education at Abuja. Then you’ll authenticate your documents there. You’ll also authenticate your certificates at the ministry of foreign affairs with the NDLEA certificate…then you’ll process to the malaysia embassy at Abuja for to process the SEV.

Yes, I am a masters student. I’ve been given the VAL and I’ve also received SEV from Nigeria which is valid for 3months and will be changed to a student visa by my institution when I get to Malaysia. The question now is, can I stay for 3 weeks more in my home country or 14days after collecting the SEV.

The document must be sent from your institution here in Nigeria. In order for you not to waste your time, get in touch with the institution you graduated from and request they send the documents to EMGS directly.
