>> it’s been almost one month since my application submitted to you via my university.
Its not. Your university has been delaying the submission and the problem is not with EMGS.
If your application is on 0%, it means they havent submit the payment to EMGS yet. Takes them usually around 4 days to do that. (so by 15 march it should be 5%/15%).

Brother first of all if you haven’t paid the rest of your fees, avoid this university. It’s like hell.
Second of all, EMGS processes the documents in less than a day if they have arrived. Normally it takes maximum of 2 days for the university to submit, but lots of private colleges like Mahsa, CityU, etc. have a habit of delaying the submission.

If your country requires a SEV, then yes you have to go to the embassy/consulate/etc. Some embassies accept the documents via post/mail, so contact them first and see if they do that. if they do just send them your passport. the rest of the documents need to be emailed.

Hello. Is Immigration Department now accepting passport submissions? I’ve overstayed my visa for more than 2 weeks now and my passport is still not submitted.
Also, Do I have to get a special pass or anything?
And please don’t ask me to contact my university because they themselves are confused with these rules and can’t help this situation.
