have received a news where they have mentioned that existing students can enter in malaysia.
So now the phase of existing students is proceding.
So when will the phase of new intetnational students start? is this possible that they start the new students application just after the completion of existing students phase or very shortly

Yesterday, i have read out a notification on the instagram page of UTP about the returing dates of students to the campus which is listed below.
In this notification, they have mentioned that international students Visa process will start from 1st of september.

Dear EMGS officer, i hope you are doing very well. I let to know that, when will Issuance of VAL start, because you have mentioned that VAL issuance process will start from 1st of August. Eid ul Azha holidays will start from 1st of august to 3rd of august so EMGS start process of issuance of VAL from 1st or 3rd of August? Thank you.

EMGS officer, I have read a news that Malaysian governement is opening universities from july and malaysian governement will open all the universities till October. So any specific date have you received from immigration depatement or government agencies?

Dear EMGS officer, I wouls like to know that when will EMGS will get clear procedures from the Government agencies? Government announced about the procedure one week ago but EMGS not getting clearance from Government.

Dear EMGS officer, we are very Worried that what will happen with us. Our families are very worried by taking this scenario. My intake was in january but i postponed it to july intake. But still you are not clarifying from the government agencies that what we do with new international students. Please help us.

When your visa process reach at 80 percent? Is your are new applicant? Because immigration department is not working yet. My visa process is still at 32 percent and it is not proceeding beacuse immigration department is not working. so how your application reach at 80 percent? Thank you
