I just sent an email to cancel my old application however the email I used to create the application, I don\’t receive a case number when I use it, but when I use my school account email, I do receive a case number. What should I do?

i’ve emailed once on Friday and again today and didn’t receive a case number, please advise.

I know that Pakistani students are banned even if they are different countries but why was my application rejected? Why not put on hold instead?

I’ve read other peoples updates here and you mentioned that you’ve put their application on hold but my brother and my application were simply rejected?
