But if the admission you gave them is a passed intake admission they won’t submit it to immigration unless you give them new offer letter.

About the visa once you enter Malaysia your school will collect your passport and submit to emgs for the proper visa endorsement which will be valid for one year.
You don’t have to exit Malaysia to renew your visa.
