I have received my VAL and it is 80% now. I have not entered Malaysia,yet, and I want to cancel the VAL.
How long does it take?

If my application is 32, and I have received the EMGS approval letter.

How long will it take to get the eval?

and what are the causes wich might put the process on hold when rval is in tge process.

What I mean is that donI need an apartment rental contract tonget the eval or that is only important for home quarantine?
