How long does it takes to process the student visa after a new student submit their passport to university?because I will apply dependant pass for my husband and the university said that it is only allowed if I already have a student visa.

Your VAL approved on august 31 and you can downloaded on sept 4.
My VAL have been approved on august 30 but I have not get the information to download yet.
