Hello Emgs, I wanted to ask , for existing student that wants to come to malaysia in January do they need to apply for the travel authorization before coming to malaysia ?

Your university has to approve before emgs can proceed with your travel authorization application

Your application has been rejected by the immigration, however you may contact your institution to know the reason for the rejection and request them to appeal the decision

Hello Officer, how are you? Since I was approved on May 8, today is supposed to be third day for the VAL but my application has not been updated yet to be able to download my Val. My application was approved on the 8th May and I’m aware that on the 9/10/11 was a public holiday due to the elections, it usually take 2-3 working days to be able to download the Val, the 3 workings days should had start Monday and by Wednesday which is tomorrow and the 3rd working I’m supposed to received it tomorrow then?

You will have to contact the institution to know what the rejection is final or not , if it’s final then , no appeal can be made , if it’s not final then you can appeal the decision.
