My application percentage is 100% with comment supporting letter collected in the EMGS system when and where I can collect my passport .

The additional documents that you sent to your institution and to EMGS may take several working days and you will be notified in your EMGS’s account

You said that your application percent is 35% I think your application has been submitted to the Immigration department so your application may take 7-10 working day to obtain eVAL
