I just read the latest bulletin regarding the expired visa from 1st february 2020 onwards not needing a special pass. I’ve submitted my passport with the payment for special pass a few weeks ago, does this mean I’ll get a refund? Or do I still need to have this special pass? I’m a little bit confused. Just in case:
