Hi everyone. People offered at UTM would you please tell are we supposed to create the Emgs account & apply for visa as UTM said in the offer letter or its their responsibility to apply ! Coz what I know universities apply not us but UTM said the student should apply. Confusing !

Hi everyone! I wonder after reaching Malaysia & submission of passport how many days are required to give it back with the student visa sticker ? Any experience?
