Hello Emgs I’m Amadu K Jalloh my passport number is ER088597 my percentage is 90 now and yet still I don’t have my special pass and I don’t know when I’m going to get my passport. I just need an assistant or a guide on how to get my pass or my passport

Hello emgs I’m Amadu K. Jalloh from Sierra Leone currently in Malaysia. I have taken my medical yesterday and i want to know when I will get my visa on my passport, besides I was told that i will be given a special pass from immigration but yet still I haven’t receive anything

Why it is not changed in my status that I have 70% becoz it still shows me 38% on my mobile app.
Also if my VAL is ready why it is not available to me yet? And please help my get it becoz I want to travel next week if Allah make it possible for me

My question here is when will I get it should I contact my agent or will you email my val to me?
