If there is no Malaysian embassy in your country you can come with your val latter to kl airport and go directly to the imegration counter in the airport before entering so they will issue your sev

Which university? , man I don’t know but maybe you should come with a tourist visa to see.m what’s the problem then you can go to a country around Malaysia and back again with your student visa

It means you go and talk to the immegration department in your university and submit your passport to get the visa

UTM you can apply any time until 30/11 for February intake

You do an account on UTM website and upload all your documents on that account and see the progress of your application

If a Malaysian embassy is available in your country then it’s required if not you can travel directly with the val

Oh if it reached 35% two days ago then you will wait for a week or more i think depending on the country, good luck hope you will get your val soon

I’m renewing my visa here in Malaysia, my university inform me that the emgs will stop the work starting from the next weekend till 6th of September

You can’t do that , you can’t enter Malaysia with tourist visa then apply for your student visa they will reject it , you should get your student visa and get it from the embassy in your country before coming to Malaysia

If you are in Syria and there is no embassy there you just fly with the Val ,otherwise you should go to Malaysian embassy if you live in another country

I thinkbit depends on where are you from for me as an iraqi citizen , it took around 40 days , some people from other places get it faster and others needed more

After getting your visa you can apply for them , for me my mother visa took one month
