Dear EMGS, I am a current student but I had to cancel my VAL and apply for new one. My new VAL was rejected at 50% so my institution appealed then the mco happened. But in emgs it still shows rejected and there is no appeal record. When will my application start to update again?

Hello emgs officer, my val got rejected twice and my university was supposed to have meeting with immigration for approval but then MCO happened. It is still rejected at 50%. How will it process now? After 90 days of inactivity doesn’t the application get discarded from emgs?

Hello EMGS Officer, Why does my VAL keep getting rejected even though I’m an existing student? My VAL appeal was rejected as well.
I have asked my institution and they will discuss with immigration for the 3rd time. My institution does not know the reason either. Is my institution lying or immigration actually not giving reasons?

Hello EMGS Officer, I want to know what is the estimated appeal process time for VAL? Emgs appealed on 28/02 and it is still stuck at 50%. It has been 14 working days since then with immigration. I understand that there is no specific time but what would be the estimated time needed?

Hello EMGS Officer, My VAL was submitted to immigration 14 working days ago. I have sent email at enquiry and I have waited too. My progress is 50% green for so long. Please take actions to fix this issue. They said they will look into the application but there are no update yet.

Hello EMGS officer, I already sent an email and they told me that the process has taken a longer timeframe than usual. And they we would look into my application. It has been 2 days since the email but I still do not have any update

No, my application is 50% green. I had to appeal once that is why it went from 35 to 50%. Does it get updated at night? Insha’Allah I’ll get it by this week

Hello emgs officer, one of my friend was enrolled in a university but his university was shut down. Later he returned to his country without cancelling student pass. Can he apply for another university now?

How come it takes 3 to 4 days for some and it takes more than 10 days for us?

Same with me and mine also passed 10 working days. EMGS is not replying to my emails
