Salaam everybody. I wanted to ask for Australian nationals who got their Val do they have to get the Single entry Visa before going to Malaysia or they can just go get their SEV from the airport?

For my university they said I have to submit my passport at least 1 week before arrival. So I’m guessing a bit longer is ok but not longer than 1 month because your SEV gives you 30 days only.

The confirmation letter I think you’ll have to get from the university. I don’t know why they don’t accept the matriculation card honestly.

These are things you’ll have to do once you go to you university. Your university immigration department should help point you in the right direction.

Now you have to wait until immigration sends the reason for rejection your institution, after that you may an appeal. And hopefully they accept the appeal.

After you download the VAL you take it and your passport to the Malaysian embassy of the country you’re staying at and get your SEV. Then you head to Malaysia and submit your passport to your universality immigration to get your student visa. Best of luck and pray we get our VAL too in sha Allah 😂

I did my medical check up at pusrawi hospital for around 250, there are cheaper places but will take a bit longer.
