It depends on your university!
Mostly, the public universities do the health examination for you in their own health centers and you should pay for it. Some institutions don’t have this option so what you pay for EMGS includes the health exam cost.

Why there was a huge gap between 10/2 and 23/2 ?
If your application was ready on 10/2 , then why did they delay it till 23/2 to send it to immigration?

It depends on your nationality! It serms there is a restriction on your nationality.
Many got their eVAL in 2-4 weeks.

No way that your application reach 15% without detecting your payment. The application once it is submitted will start with 5% then when the payment is recognized it will jumb to 15%.

Definitely you have to get a new passport! A new sticker will only be issued if you have a valid passport for at least 18 months.
