									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You will have to go to the embassy or consulate in your city with passport, eVAL and offer letter. Sometimes they emabssy collect these documents through third party drop boxes. Go to the malaysian embassy website of your city and check or call them. Its an easy process. Takes no more than 7 working days and has a processing fees attached to it. Good luck</p>

I am being told that I have to go trough a third party drop box service which is asking for 10,000 rupees. I have already paid 45,000 rupees for the VAL. can anyone please confirm? Anyone from Pakistan??</p>
