2. Our baby is born here is KL during CMCO, do you need photo and passport for his visa application or birth certificate from JPN is enough?

My wife application as a dependent is 45% complete.m but I could not submit her passport to EMGS due to the lockdown. Her tourist visa expires in 5 days. Is there anything I should do while the lockdown is on?
