I am Rakhmatov Abdulloh from Uzbekistan. I studied Foundation in Malaysia and last October I am went to my hometown Uzbekistan and I changed my University for bachelors degree but untill 1month my visa in EMGS still 32 percent May I know can I register to author travel or not
