When I apply for online visa through emgs web site, it appears that “Obtain Single Entry Visa From” gives only one choice, that is Bishek/KYRGYZSTAN. What should I do? Can’t I get that visa from Malaysiya Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia?
