I submitted my passport at 9/1/2020 to my university. Its been on the 80% from 14/1 and it has not changed since that day.
Is there any way i can speed up the process?

I submitted my passport last week to my university for a visa renewal. How long does it usually take to finish the new visa?
And if it takes a long time can i request to get my passport back and give it to them couple days before the expire date of the current visa.
