Maybe something is up with our country, like the Malaysian government banned the country, such as my country pakistan is banned so maybe this is causing a problem. If anyone knows anything so please let us know

Hey guys, hope you all r having a great day. I actually can’t access into my digital I.D, I put in all the info needed and it says “Record not found”. If there’s something wrong with my info or maybe there’s a bug in the app or perhaps I need to do something else before accessing into Digital I.D, so please let me know!
