Thank you for your info, but I tried to reach various insurance companies, they all are saying they cant do insurance until my mother arrives Malaysia. But the immigration is asking for insurance first even before applying for her visa.. Do you have any info about this?

Hello, I am applying for dependent pass for my mother, my university asking me to buy medical insurance for her before applying for visa. The issue is my mother age is 69 years and in Malaysia all insurance companies cover medical insurance maximum till age 65 years only.
So whats the other alternative for this case?
