You’ll be able to download your eval at 70% within 2 to 3 working days. The rest will be completed when you enter Malaysia and do your medicals and stuffs.

All you gotta do is issue you eval and sev upon entry in Malaysia. After that you’ll have to report to the university. You can go there by yourself.
