@abdelrahman_34 The LoU and Letter of Approval should contain your new passport details. You are required to bring both your new and old passport since you did not transfer the Student Pass to the new passport. The approval to grant you entry is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department Officials at the point of entry.

@abdelrahman_34 You are required to apply for the Letter of Approval (Entry Permit) from an accredited Malaysian Mission in your home country. The letter of approval can only be applied for after obtaining the travel authorization.
