As per check, the institution has resubmitted your mother’s passport on 23 May 2025 to EMGS for the correction of the dependent pass. We are still in the midst of processing the application and will notify the institution once your mother’s passport is ready for collection.

As checked, your mother’s passport with the dependent pass was collected on 4 April 2025 at EMGS by the institution’s representative. Therefore, you may contact the institution for further updates on the passport status.
