Thanks for replying. I do agree. My point was for who students whose institution has applied for them. They must contact their institutions for any issue regarding their application.

You must send all the scanned copies of your documents to your Institution then they will create your application with EMGS. You must be in regular contact to your University. You need to contact your counselor to check with EMGS and re send the required documents to EMGS. In addition, EMGS never accepts any document directly from students. Your issue is with University and you need to push them focus more on your application. Contact them regularly to be active regarding your application. Wish you best of Luck

First of all you must have counselor from the University where you want to study. He/She will guide you forward. Moreover, time of application from start date till approval of VAL normally takes 11 or 15 days However, it depends upon accuracy and availability of all the required documents.
