I canont fly to malaysia theses dayes as the airport is closed because of the corona virus. the airport will be closed till long time.

i renwed my passport and my VAL still under old passport. I sent all documents to immegration department for making correction of VAL via my university before one month till now i did not get the corrected VAL. and the registration week will start on 27/1/2020.

i renwed my passport and my VAL is under old passport. I sent the decouments for correction of VAL for imgration department via my university from around one month but still waiting the VAL correction. May I know how long it takes !?
