If I am not mistaken, manual applications have been suspended in saudi arabia, and evisa is for PRC citizens only; according to them.

In my case, after a day I got reply form the former email that it was received. Then after the 3rd notification Emgs received it too. (& btw I spaced the emails before @ not to get censored)

But after exactly seven days, they accepted the very first picture. (as long as it was eligible)
After that, (i.e 3-5 working days) they will finish checking documents, and ask you for declaration of accommodation. So find accommodation before hand.
