I got here without an institution representative present at the airport and I did not encounter an issues with immigration or whosoever regarding that. But still, liaise with your institution for guidance.

Visa issues should be directed to bpvisa_aasd@um.edu.my CC iss_aasc@um.edu.my you can also copy other departments like other people have advised you above for a quick response.

Unfortunately, my university visa Department does not answer calls. I have tried calling them more than 10 times, different names.. no day have they ever answered the call. It’s frustrating honestly.
